MS Webb & Co Limited has become a member of the Vacant Property Protection Section of the British Security Industry Association (BSIA), the UK trade association.
The BSIAโs Vacant Property Protection (VPP) Section brings together specialist companies that protect empty and at-risk sites through temporary and remotely monitored alarm and video surveillance systems, mobile security patrols, physical shuttering and other measures, and also through protection by occupation models where appropriate. The section was behind the development of British Standard BS 8584, which covers vacant property protection services.
Pictured are Joe and Greg Webb, co-owners and directors of the firm. Greg said:ย โBeing welcomed into the BSIAโs Vacant Property Protection Section is an important milestone for MS Webb. It reinforces our focus on delivering compliant, audit-ready vacant property solutions that reduce risk, control cost and protect our clientsโ reputations, while giving them confidence that our services meet nationally recognised standards.โ
And Joe Webb added: โOur teams work on some of the most challenging vacant and distressed sites, where risk can escalate quickly if it is not properly managed. BSIA membership underlines the confidence our clients can place in MS Webb to provide robust, flexible and accountable protection for their assets.โ
