NDI Recognition Systems Ltd, part of The Dacoll Group, announces the acquisition of Appian Technology Plc.
Appian is a provider of Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) products. NDI-RS says it will retain all current product lines – including the ‘Talon’ and ‘Shark’ recognition engines, and the ‘Cobra’, ‘Stinger’ and ‘Viper’ cameras with a "NDI-RS" tagline.
