Arabic Version

by msecadm4921

Australian company Future Fibre Technologies manufactures fibre optic perimeter intrusion detection and location systems and has developed an Arabic version of its CAMS technology.

The newly released Arabic version delivers an intuitive graphical alarm interface to security staff and works with the company’s patented Alarm Recognition and Discrimination (ARaD) technology. The technology enables FFT’s Secure Fence system to detect a fence climb, cut or lift – even when they occur during a natural event, such as a sand storm, thereby the firm says virtually eliminating the incidence of nuisance alarms.

FFT’s Secure Fence can pinpoint the location of intrusions to within 25 metres anywhere along the fence and requires no power or electronics, making it ideal for remote borders in hostile environments.

Future Fibre Technologies Secure Fence is used to protect critical infrastructures around the world, including an Egyptian LNG, six LNG projects in Yemen and a further LNG under construction in Qatar, with negotiations under way for several other projects to begin this year.
