The new 2008 CCTV Product Guide from GENIE, features a line-up of product launches for CCTV installers and system designers.

Genie is introducing its own new Ultra High Resolution (560 TVL) True Day/Night WDR Camera with Super Digital Noise Reduction technology (SDNR) and the LG Ultra High Resolution (570 TVL) True Day/Night WDR camera with 3-D DNR. Other products featured include Marine/Industrial models, a Pixim Day/Night Bodied WDR model, new range of Vandal Resistant Mini Domes, True Day/Night Long Range IR Bullet Cameras, a Mini PTZ Dome Camera with DNR and more.

Among the new product line up, there is a new range of Genie CCTV Lenses including the Aspherical Varifocal 5-100mm Lens as well as a new addition to the Rapport series of CCTV testers.

The company has launched a Genie Infrared IR Enclosure, Genie MPEG4 compression DVRs with real time recording of up to 200ips and LG series of MPEG4 compression DVRs with real time recording of 400ips.

Brand statement

To reinforce brand awareness, 2008 also sees the launch of a new Genie corporate identity which features an exciting new brand statement. The company recently moved to bigger premises, a modern 22,000 sq ft building in Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire.
