Homebase Base

by msecadm4921

There is now another way for Poole residents to meet their Safer Neighbourhood Team – at their local home improvement store.

A new Safer Neighbourhood surgery has been set up at Homebase on Poole Road, giving members of the public the opportunity to meet the Parkstone, Penn Hill & Canford Cliffs Safer Neighbourhood Team.

The surgery will allow residents and shoppers to raise any concerns they have, about the area in which they live and shop, that they would like Dorset Police and its partners to help resolve. Acting Police Sergeant Jane Newcombe from the Parkstone, Penn Hill & Canford Cliffs Safer Neighbourhood Team, said: “The surgery represents a step forward in providing our community with another chance to influence the service that we, the police, and our partners, provide.
“We recognise that not everyone is able to attend other regular Safer Neighbourhood meetings, surgeries and street corner meetings so this surgery provides a convenient alternative.”
