Imaging Solution

by msecadm4921

Plustek are appearing on Stand B73 in Hall 5 at IFSEC.

Plustek, describing itself as a provider of imaging solutions, will be exhibiting the NVR 4200V, a new IP surveillance networking tool. The Plustek NVR 4200V is a Network Video Recorder which creates a fully digital mobile surveillance system, creating and storing all images in a digital format. The NVR 4200V has been nominated for Communication Product of the Year at the IFSEC show awards.

The Plustek NVR 4200V works with network cameras to offer a surveillance solution enabling users to manage several cameras simultaneously and makes it simple to remotely access recorded materials and live videos from all cameras at once. The Distributed Management System, high speed recording and weekly recording schedule provide users with an efficient, easy to use and fully customised method of controlling an IP surveillance network.

The NVR 4200V has a tough and durable design which is suitable the firm says for use in vehicles. The spring-loaded casing protects against the heavy vibrations encountered during transit, meaning the disk itself is more cushioned and will last longer as a result. The NVR 4200V is also designed to withstand extreme temperatures from minus 10 degrees c to 60c.

The NVR 4200V is nominated for the Communication Product of the Year award at this year’s IFSEC at the NEC in Birmingham. The awards will be announced on 11 May at the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel.
