The Security Industry Authority (SIA) is trialling a new online message board for the SIA website.
The public and industry stakeholders are encouraged to submit questions, comments and feedback.
The idea for the message board came out of the SIA’s Stakeholder Engagement Strategy. The trial runs from February to June 2008.
The SIA will respond to the most frequently submitted questions or comments. Questions should be submitted by the 15th of each month: answers will then be published on the 15th of the following month:

The SIA points out that it will not be able to respond to queries about individual cases or applications. Such queries should be directed via the contact centre 0844 892 1025.
