Defence Homelink is a wireless home security package, which has access to your mobile phone and can even tell you when your children are home from school.
Distributed by Birmingham based company Defence Security Systems, this home security system has
features including a contemporary designed wall unit and key fob, eliminating the need for access codes, the distributor reports.
The unit can be programmed for use by a child and but at the same time contains features to ensure the security and safety of both personal property and family members, it is claimed.
Peter Swain, managing director of Defence Security Systems, claimed: "This system totally challenges many existing systems on the market today. Some of its features include independent detectors which can be attached to particularly valuable objects or call buttons for those vulnerable and living alone that connect directly to a receiving centre together with a nominated person through mobile phone. Defence Homelink is designed for life, so much so that you can even take it with you when you move house.
"The need for a reliable security system seems to be ever increasing, but with such an advanced system available at an affordable price our customers are left in feeling in control without feeling out of pocket."
The product can be bought outright or retained on a lease basis, costing £99 for the instillation and £19.99 a month maintenance fee thereafter, the distributor adds.
