Piccadilly Contracts

by msecadm4921

Fire and security installation contracts at Four and Five Piccadilly Place, the new residential and commercial buildings in Manchester have gone to Chubb.

This follows an earlier contract to provide fire and security systems at Three Piccadilly Place. A bespoke fire and security system at Four Piccadilly Place includes intruder, CCTV and access control, integrated with the fire detection and alarm technology. The contract was awarded through Shepherd Engineering Services Limited (SES), with whom Chubb has worked previously. Four Piccadilly Place offers 125,000 sq ft of office space over seven levels and is due for completion later this year.

At Five Piccadilly Place, as chosen by Liverpool based A&B Engineering the system installed is based around early warning smoke detection technology. Five Piccadilly Place is home to The Hub, 167-apartments on 10 storeys.
