Qinetiq Memo

by msecadm4921

Singapore Technologies Engineering (ST Engineering) and QinetiQ have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to develop, market and support security and transportation products across the south east Asia region.

The firms say the MOU further strengthens the working relationship between ST Engineering and QinetiQ. Earlier this year, ST Engineering’s electronics arm, ST Electronics, and QinetiQ delivered an Explorer TC simulator to the Royal Thai Air Force Academy for the instruction of flight mechanics and aerodynamics students at the academy.
QinetiQ adds that it draws on more than 50 years’ research in such fields as aviation, aerospace and rail transport technologies.

What they say

"We have a long and successful relationship with Singapore. This strategic agreement opens up tremendous opportunities for both QinetiQ and ST Engineering particularly in the areas of rapidly growing demand for transport information and security solutions," says Duncan Valentine, Managing Director, Transport, QinetiQ.
