In September’s: Oltec Group Holding Limited, owner of Wigan-based Antec Security, has acquired Frances Clarke Ltd.
Steve Haskins, Managing Director of north Yorkshire-based Frances Clarke has taken the position of Group Managing Director leading both companiesโ operations and administrative teams who will remain, the firms say, firmly in place. Olivier Cavaliere, Chief Executive of Oltec Group said: โWe are delighted to have completed the purchase of Frances Clarke Limited, one of the leading and most respected supplier of retail security services in the United Kingdom. Antec Security and Frances Clarke have similar outlooks in their desire to provide first class security services to its customers which includes some of the biggest retailers in the country. The merger of both companies is in line with our strategy to become one of the largest ‘retail only’ security specialists operating in the UK, supplying specialist services to the retail sector and its associates. Experience in retail warehousing, distribution and logistics all add to our ability to provide our clients and partners a comprehensive and effective service.โ Olivier Cavaliere anticipates that the combined turnover will exceed £20m.
