The HSR range of digital video surveillance recorders from Sony is now delivered with a three-year comprehensive after-care package. The PrimeSupport package ranges from telephone support to same-day hardware replacement. Ton Hendriks, Product Manager at Sony BPE, says: ?Surveillance is a 24-hour a day concern, and downtime is a luxury that security professionals just can?t afford. All our HSR-1P and HSR-2P customers can consolidate the value of their hardware investment.? Helpdesk in normal business hours includes guidance on product features in French, German, Italian, Spanish and English. Helpdesk engineers will guide customers through a series of diagnostics with a HSR unit. A loan unit will be despatched the same day should the helpdesk be unable to find the fault.
