OCS Security has taken over responsibility for security and concierge services for the 24 storeys of apartments in the UK’s tallest residential tower block – Beetham Tower in Manchester.
The tower opened earlier this year to provide luxury accomodation for occupants including top business managers, sports personalities and screen stars.
OCS is the ‘One Complete Solution’ property support services business. Under the contract, OCS Security will be responsible for receptionist services for all visitors, concierge support for residents and 24/7 manned security as well as employing advanced technologies including electronic key fob entry and CCTV monitoring of areas such as car parking.
Following commencement of the contract, Richard Fenton-Jones, OCS Security managing director said: "This is a prestigious contract in a landmark building which provides luxury apartments and penthouses to high profile residents.
