The University of Warwick is advertising for a head of security services.

Salary: £45,155 to £52,347 a year; reference: 40087-070.<br><br>The university writes: <br> <br>You will provide leadership and strategic direction to the Security Services and make a significant contribution to ensuring a safe and secure environment for staff, students and visitors to the University.<br><br>You will direct the work of the Security and Access Control Teams, providing expertise and technical ability along with managing the Access Control Policy and CCTV system across campus. You will ensure the traffic management of vehicles visiting the campus and will implement the car parking scheme across 21 car parks.<br><br>You will have detailed knowledge, understanding and expertise of security systems as well as substantial experience of staff management and budgetary control. You will have the ability to command respect from academic and senior administrative staff and to represent the University effectively to internal and external stakeholders.
