The Employment Team at Brachers LLP invite members of The Security Institute to a workshop/networking opportunity on October 1. Then they will be providing both legal and practical advice on avoiding and resolving disputes in the workplace. This will cover:.
1. What materials and techniques every employer needs in place, to avoid disputes and/or manage them if they arise;
2. Implementing best practice;
3. Reducing the risk of discrimination claims; and
4. Practical tips including "dos and don’ts" in managing the employment relationship.
This is also an opportunity to introduce Security Institute Members to the new Member Benefits being provided by Brachers LLP.
Who should attend: This workshop is for any owner, director or manager of a business with employees.
Time: 10am for coffee and networking for a 10.30am start, duration two hours.
