BEST London in October

by Mark Rowe

The annual British Exhibition of Security Technology (BEST) will run on Tuesday and Wednesday, October 20 and 21. The organisers report that the venue has moved as the regular location in Marble Arch has been turned into a restaurant.

They are now at the RAF Museum in Hendon, north London (pictured). The nearest Tube station is Collingdale on the Northern Line, (car pick up service available if you don’t like a ten minute walk). There is also free car parking for exhibitors on the site.

The organisers describe it as a small friendly exhibition featuring mostly British manufacturers of security products. Some manufacturers will be launching new products at the show.

If you wish to see a particular product, or application, just contact the manufacturer and they will bring it along.

Visitors can have a go in the WW1 flight simulator and experience a dog fight in a biplane. Entrance is free.

You’re asked to register on the website, so the organisers can get the right amount of sandwiches.
