An updated version of the ONVIF distance learning training course has been published on the Tavcom Training website.
The free course focuses on ONVIF specific issues and includes new product and conformance process modules. It also provides information on ONVIF’s new Observer membership which lets architects, consultants, engineers and others interested to be associated with ONVIF and use its conformance tools.
About ONVIF
Briefly, ONVIF is a US-based industry forum for the development of a global standard for the interface of IP-based physical security products. The ONVIF specification is intended to ensure inter-operability between products regardless of manufacturer and as such, it defines a common protocol for communication between IP network devices.
