Ian Pugh, formerly of Intu PLC, is joining Kiasu Crisis Management as Non-Executive Director.
Pugh, pictured, will step into a newly created role, liaising with Managing Director Ian Riches and his senior leadership team to provide strategic direction, the company reports.
Pugh has some 35 years of experience working in security including five years as Group Head of Security for Intu PLC, the shopping mall operators.
Operating since 2009, Kiasu Crisis Management provides training, auditing and compliance services, and professional and security consultancy services to companies, including several listed on the FTSE 100 and Fortune 500.
