Satia Rai joins Securitas

Satia Rai, the CEO of the industry body IPSA, is joining the security contractor Securitas UK as Head of Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging.

Shaun Kennedy, COO Central Europe of Securitas said: “We are delighted to welcome Satia to the Securitas family. At Securitas we are committed to creating and engendering an inclusive work place environment where everyone belongs, Satia’s appointment will accelerate, impact and enable this. Securitas HR Director Sarah Hayes said: “Over the last three years we have been building on our diversity and inclusion strategy with the ultimate goal to create a place where we all truly belong, where we can remove our masks and be our authentic selves.
