The installer TIS (Television Installation Services (Mansfield) Ltd) was awarded a contract extension to do service and maintenance work at the University of Nottingham for a second year. Its sites have 387 CCTV cameras connected over IP to Milestone video management software, 200 Honeywell Galaxy intruder detection systems and 17,000 emergency lighting luminaries.
The new contract will see TIS complete service and maintenance of the new University Park campus as well as other sites, all previously installed and maintained by TIS.
TIS Managing Director, Nick Hollins said: “We are pleased to once again be working with the University of Nottingham, I am delighted to announce we will be progressing to Year 2 of Service and Maintenance to providing state-of-the-art security to their largest campus yet.”
