CSL goes Nordic

by Mark Rowe

CSL Communications Group Ltd reports an addition to the portfolio, CSL Connect AB.

Headed by Christian Eriksson, CSL Connect AB will operate from offices in Stockholm offering the DualCom range of products and Machine-to-Machine (M2M) services to the Nordic market. Christian joins CSL from European telecoms company Tele2 and brings with him some 19 years of business experience, mostly in the M2M marketplace.

Christian said: ‘I am very pleased to be joining CSL and look forward to the challenge of replicating the success of CSL DualCom in the UK with CSL Connect AB in the Nordic region.’

CSL add that they are the only signalling service provider using a purpose built Network Operation Centre (NOC) to support the DualCom Gemini Managed Network, the engine that powers DualCom signalling. CSL Connect AB will offer European customers the same M2M product and network resilience in alarm signalling. The NOC houses a dedicated Network Team providing real-time network feeds, notification of events to customers and an interactive web portal called Gemini Insight. This provides customers with analytical data to a granular level, the firm adds.

Phil Hollett, CEO of CSL Communications Group said: ‘This is a significant expansion for CSL. As the established market leader in the UK we plan to bring the same sophisticated brand of signalling and excellent customer service to Europe via CSL Connect AB.’
