Software for installers

by msecadm4921

Mercury Software Ltd have launched their Alarm Manager software system in the UK.

The Dublin-based business management software company say that their product for security installers can manage the essential operations making it easier for an installer to comply with industry standards and licensing regulations and giving the user more time to focus on customers.

The software is designed for installers of intruder alarms, CCTV, fire alarms, fire equipment and access control.

Features include the recording of customer information, maintenance and monitoring contracts, specifications and quotations to EN 50131 and the logging and tracking of service calls.

All data regarding a customer installation is stored and retrievable.  Service calls and installations can be logged, assigned to engineers and tracked until completion.  A list of reports allows access to a range of information such as customers due for maintenance and monitoring renewal, and maintenance calls due. The software is now available in the UK with no upfront purchase price and an annual fee from £395 and is available for a free 30 day trial. Training and demonstration seminars will be held around the UK during the coming months.
