Business development team

Chris Shaw and Catherine Stowe are joining the Business Development team at Leeds-based distributor CCTVdirect.

The firm says this is to support the upcoming release of the Chinese brand Uniview (UNV). Chris comes with experience in the industry after spending three years at Norbain as Vista’s Business Development Manager for the UK northern region.

Chris said: “I have happily joined CCTVdirect for the exciting times ahead in developing a world leading brand like Uniview in the UK market. We already have excellent infrastructure in place and I can only see CCTVdirect becoming an even bigger success.”

Catherine has also started at the company as Business Sales Support. Catherine has a come into the CCTV industry after working in the telecoms industry for technology firms such as Daisy and YTL. Catherine, pictured, will be supporting the external team from the HQ in Leeds. She said: “I have already learnt so much from the team at CCTVdirect. I am looking forward to utilising my network & telecoms knowledge to develop our already growing IP business.”

CCTVdirect will be debuting the new Uniview products for the first time at IFSEC 2016 from June 21 to 23 where Gareth Rhodes and Chris Shaw will be on the stand throughout the three-day show.
