Hampton View is a 22-storey residential tower managed by Sanctuary Housing in the Heath Town area of Wolverhampton. Originally built in 1969, Hampton View needed its ageing systems updated. Sanctuary Housing commissioned Harrold Jones Services to update the building’s CCTV.
Chris Rogers from Sanctuary Housing Association says: “Resident safety is central to everything we do. The new CCTV system at Hampton View is a key part of our ongoing investment in building security and reflects our commitment to providing safe, secure places to live. We’re pleased to have worked with Harrold Jones Services and Comelit-PAC to deliver this vital upgrade.”
Installed was Comelit-PAC’s Next range of IP CCTV products, for coverage over all 22 floors, the external car park and surrounding perimeter.
Lloyd Palmer, Sales Manager at Harrold Jones Services, said: “Our aim was to deliver a robust and future-ready surveillance solution that meets both regulatory standards and the expectations of modern residential living. By working with Comelit-PAC, we’ve ensured Hampton View benefits from a well-planned and professionally installed CCTV system that enhances day-to-day safety and long-term resilience.”
Stephen Tickle, Regional Sales Manager of Comelit-PAC, added: “We’re proud to have supported this upgrade. Our NDAA-compliant Next Range is engineered for reliable performance, full visual verification and full-site coverage in residential environments. Hampton View now benefits from a system designed to meet the operational and compliance needs of housing providers, while providing residents with added peace of mind security.”
