Ops, projects manager

Videalert, a UK supplier of traffic enforcement and management software, has appointed Jamie Robertson as Operations and Projects Manager. In this new role he will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business including partner engagement and project management for installations across the UK.

Jamie, pictured, has over 15 years’ project management experience and is ITIL V.3 and PRINCE2 certified. He joins from Civica Education where, as Head of Operations, he was responsible for managing support and service delivery teams. This included the delivery of hosted services and roll-outs of finance, HR and payroll systems to major multi-academy trusts. Earlier, Jamie was Operations Manager at IT support company Fotec (UK).

Dave Richmond, Managing Director at Videalert, says: “Jamie’s appointment will enable us to meet the increasing demand for Videalert’s CCTV-based traffic enforcement and management solutions across the UK. His project management expertise will ensure that deployments continue to be delivered on time and within budget allowing our customers to achieve a rapid return on investment.”
