Videalert, a UK supplier of traffic enforcement and management software, has appointed Jamie Robertson as Operations and Projects Manager. In this new role he will be responsible for the day to day operations of the business including partner engagement and project management for installations across the UK.
Jamie, pictured, has over 15 yearsโ project management experience and is ITIL V.3 and PRINCE2 certified. He joins from Civica Education where, as Head of Operations, he was responsible for managing support and service delivery teams. This included the delivery of hosted services and roll-outs of finance, HR and payroll systems to major multi-academy trusts. Earlier, Jamie was Operations Manager at IT support company Fotec (UK).
