One million hours passed

Video wall and visual display product company eyevis UK reports passing one million hours a year of 24/7 operation at their installations across the UK.

The Burnley-based company provides display products and video wall controllers to a range of sectors including CCTV control rooms, banks, and Government buildings as well as corporate, broadcasters, advertising displays and TV studios. eyevis UK’s LED video walls offer high resolution and bright displays across a variety of applications, according to the firm.

eyevis UK managing director Steve Murphy, pictured, said: “The need for 24/7 operation in everything from control rooms to retail displays has created a huge demand for reliable and easy to service solutions which can fit into small, compact spaces.

“eyevis solutions are designed to meet these requirements and has led to a steady growth in demand, with installations ranging from high-profile Government buildings to major Oxford Street retailers and high security prisons. We are delighted to have hit one million hours across the UK in terms of 24/7 operation each year.”

eyevis, founded in 1995, is a manufacturer of intelligent control room video walls that include industrial modular displays, LED illuminated rear projection and the narrowest bezel industrial LCDs; Netpix video wall controllers and video wall control software.
