Redvision doubles

by Mark Rowe

Redvision has expanded into new premises and doubled its production capacity.

Redvision, the UK-based manufacturer of the modular X-Series dome-ball PTZs, reports growth and unprecedented demand for its rugged dome range. Hence a move into larger premises to hold new staff, a larger production facility and more research and development (R and D).

Paul Hucker, MD of Redvision, says: “The X-Series is rugged design for operation in harsh environments, whether indoors and outdoors. The range includes white-light and infra-red versions for night-time vision; a window-wiper option to tackle rain; outstanding optical zoom lengths of up to 28x; powder coated paint colour options, including a corrosion-resistant marine finish; energy saving super-efficient LED technology and an impressive array of features including 100 presets, 8 tours and 24 privacy zones.”

The makers say their R and D department is core to success and has more space to design and test new products and features. The company’s stock has also increased and the new building provides space to manage stock better.

“Our growth has been a well-planned process and I am very excited about the benefits our larger premises will bring. Redvision is ready to move to the next level of capacity, whilst maintaining a high-quality of service to our customers and an outstanding product range.”
