Kingdom acquires in India

The contractor Kingdom reports a presence in India. Kingdom have taken over the Indian security company Capital Guarding Services and so are now able to support their UK customers that also need security services on the Indian sub-continent. The firm aims to launch pan-India and Middle East operations.

Capital Guarding Services has more than 500 personnel working across the southern Indian state of Kerala. The company is based in Kochi (also known as Cochin, the port city on the south-west coast of India.

Kingdom’s CEO Terry Barton, pictured, said: “For a few years now we have looked at the Indian market and spent some time there to fully understand the marketplace and what would be required for Kingdom to be successful. A number of our UK customers are already operating successfully in India and we would like to support them oversees.
