London director

Incentive Lynx Security, the security arm of the facilities management company Incentive FM, has appointed a new senior member of staff. Mark Telford will join as Associate Director. Mark will have responsibility for security within the security contractor’s central London portfolio of properties which includes some of the city’s tourist sites and new office spaces. He will be working with key clients such as Broadgate Estates, Land Securities and Knight Frank.

Mark has nearly 20 years experience within the global security industry, and joins from the guarding contractor Axis Security Services, where he worked as a Key Account Manager. Before his work in the sector he was a Team Leader in the Royal Marines for six years.

Craig Pickard, Managing Director at Incentive Lynx, said: “We were looking for a high calibre Director to oversee security for our most important London contracts. Mark will be a great asset to our team, looking after current clients and developing the business. His experience and qualifications in the security sector make him just the right fit for this strategic position within our company.”
