New Look contract

by Mark Rowe

The contract company Brooknight Security reports that through a competitive tender process, it’s been selected as one of two suppliers for manned guarding services to the high street retailer New Look.

Brooknight says that it began working with New Look in October 2015 to support their emergency and project work security requirements which included emergency ad hoc cover on a national basis and security cover for new store openings, refurbishments and project installations.

Besides that project and ad hoc support, Brooknight will now supply retail security officers to stores across England and Scotland. Brooknight says that it has enjoyed considerable growth in the retail sector in the past year with award of contracts by retailers including jeweller Swarovski, Mothercare and a larger share of the Primark contract. The Edenbridge, Kent-based contractor points to its management support, customer service and bespoke retail training for its staff.

David Marchio, National Accounts Director, pictured, says: ‘We are absolutely delighted to be awarded the New Look security contract. New Look is a highly successful international brand and we look forward to continuing with and strengthening the partnership we have built with them over the past year.’
