Emprise Services plc, a support services provider, has been awarded a five-property deal with chartered surveyors and property consultants, Montagu Evans.
The FM company will provide front of house security, reception, client services, building management and general security duties for two years, with a one-year extension. Earlier, Emprise provided reception services at a central London site on Bastwick Street and have now been appointed to manage more services across extra sites.
Joanna O’Mara, senior facilities manager, Montagu Evans, said: “Emprise clearly demonstrated the service provision and support we were looking for, which will bring us longer-term benefits in the security and management of our buildings.”
And Mark Langworthy, Emprise’ managing director for security, said: “This new contract builds on the previous work we undertook for Montagu Evans and further strengthens our position in the security services market. We are looking forward to developing a long-term relationship and working in partnership with their facilities management team.”
