The event saw security, cleaning, health and wellbeing, grounds and building maintenance employees come together and be recognised for their hard work. Winners were judged on their day-to-day performance within their roles, ability to be creative and innovative, and their overall customer service expertise. Kath Hodgkiss from Solvay Interox who picked up the Security Officer of the Year Award in recognition of her performance and dedication to her role. Karl Jolly from Diligenta, John Pounder from Heineken Hereford and Derick Allen from P&G Reading, each received security service excellence awards.

Teams who were recognised include the Northern Arboriculture Tree team from Warrington, Leuchars and Wakefield, who won the Horticultural Services Team of the Year Award; and the team at Larkhill Garrison who earned a Cleaning Service Excellence Award. Other winners from the event include:
