Portable oxygen launch

by msecadm4921

Molecular Products Ltd, the manufacturer of chemical technology for the purification of air, is launching its new portable oxygen generator at the Counter Terror Expo, Olympia, London, on April 25 and 26, 2012.

The makers say that their Ruggedised Oxygen Generator (ROG) gives immediate access to a high purity breathable oxygen supply from an un-pressurised, non-explosive source. The ROG is both small in size and weight compared to traditional gas canisters, requires no maintenance and provides a heat source that can assist in combating the onset of shock.

Patrick Sparkes, MD of Molecular Products Ltd said: “The early application of oxygen to a patient in respiratory distress can help saves lives. That’s why Molecular Products has developed the Ruggedised Oxygen Generator (ROG), to help preserve life by stabilising casualties in emergency, high risk environments. The innovative technology that sits inside the ROG enables high purity breathable oxygen to be administered quickly from a safe, transportable source.

“Molecular Products has been developing air purification products since the 1920s and we are delighted to be launching this product to the defence and security market at the Counter Terror Expo. Please visit us at stand D181 and talk with us about how the ROG can help protect those in your care.”

Essex-based Molecular Products’ oxygen generator technology has been shock, environmental, drop, shot and vibration tested and meets the extreme requirements of submarine usage.  For further information visit www.molecularproducts.com/military/ROG.
