A new residential management contract at one of Capital and Counties’ buildings on the Covent Garden Estate in London’s West End has gone to KM Security Solutions.

The site attracts an estimated 45 million visitors each year to the surrounding shops and restaurants.

The new contract will provide a uniformed presence throughout the building, delivering a personal service as well as ensuring a secure and safe workplace environment.

Paul Stanger, Sales Director of KM Security Solutions, said: “ In today’s economic market it is essential that businesses initiate and maintain effective security measures to ensure that they are adequately protected against crime, particularly as business crimes have seen a 16 per cent increase in worst hit areas.”

Separately, KM has been awarded a concierge security contract for two apartment blocks in Curzan Square, Mayfair, located in the most fashionable western edge of London. It’s for a uniformed presence throughout the building. Paul Stanger said: “We are now being asked to provide residential front of house services a great deal more and it fits in nicely with our current security operations at various buildings. The total management of all these services have quickly become an important part of our total solution package and with our other group member companies we can provide cleaning and electronic security to further enhance our offer. I am delighted to welcome these properties to our fast growing portfolio of customers wanting our total reception management services.”
