A three year contract for security at 125 Old Broad Street in the City of London was re-awarded to MITIE after its initial win in 2008, through a competitive tender process. The contract is with BNP Paribas Real Estate, a division of the financial services group to secure its 26-floor multi-tenanted landmark building.
MITIE says that its total security management team has worked with BNP Paribas at 125 Old Broad Street to create a culture of security within the building, creating efficiencies through value-add initiatives and serving the other tenants.
Bob Forsyth, managing director at MITIE’s total security management business said: “I am delighted to have extended the 125 Old Broad Street account for another three years.
