HID at Essen

HID Global, the US-based secure identity product company announced that under the theme ‘Your Security. Connected’ it will exhibit at Security Essen 2014 (from September 23 to 26) in Essen, Germany. HID Global will demonstrate its secure identity products in Hall 3, Stand 805 at Messe Essen.

The firml will demonstrate its new iCLASS Seos credential. The credentials are supported by its iCLASS SE reader platform with OSDP. iCLASS Seos enables customers to use multiple applications and technologies on smart cards, smartphones and other mobile devices. The company will display emerging technologies such as mobile access that supports Bluetooth Smart and NFC. Powered by HID Global’s Seos technology, the company’s emerging mobile access technologies also support long range access control for opening doors and gates from a distance.

Also featured, its Lumidigm biometrics products based on multispectral imaging. Lumidigm fingerprint sensors, pictured, may be used for authenticating customers, such as employees at the desktop or shared workstations.

To enable third parties to develop solutions that work within the Genuine HID ecosystem. HID Global’s iCLASS SE Encoder, the iCLASS SE Reader Module and the iCLASS SE Processor can be used across a variety of platforms. Cashless payment with third-party manufacturers, such as Counter Solutions, will also be featured.
