Royal Pharmaceutical Society contract

by Mark Rowe

A three-year total FM contract by the Royal Pharmaceutical Society (RPS) for five sites in London has gone to the facilities management company Incentive FM. It will provide security services, reception management, M&E and cleaning at the RPS corporate head office, national museum, archives and library.

The contract will include 13 full time staff. The Society was looking for a facilities management company who would be able to adapt a multi-service offering to the varied requirements of those five sites.

Michael Bonne, Head of Information and Facilities at the Society, said: “Incentive FM has proven to be a highly supportive partner, adapting quickly to our changing needs brought about by the pandemic. They have helped to support our workforce providing a safe, clean and productive workplace during a time of immense change. Matt and his team have been 1st class in meeting our current needs – it’s great to have a knowledgeable partner we can look to shape our future workplace needs with.”

And Matt Pilling, Director – Workplace Solution at Incentive, said: “To work with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society has been a pleasure, in implementing a service offering in full partnership meeting their diverse needs. The matching of the two business cultures in delivering excellent expert service around a focus on people has been truly inspirational. I look forward to a long term partnership in a changing office portfolio.”
