Role: Senior Fire Project Manager
Location: London
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Senior Fire Project Manager position based in London? As a Senior Fire Project Manager, you will take responsibility for the full lifecycle delivery of a major fire project while also overseeing additional works as required. You will be working for a major national Fire & Security company experiencing rapid expansion across the UK.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver end-to-end project management from initial scope through to completion.
● Manage multiple projects simultaneously to agreed timelines and standards.
● Take full responsibility for project P&L performance.
● Oversee engineering resources and subcontract labour.
● Ensure all project documentation is completed and maintained.
● Manage all Health & Safety and CDM compliance across project sites.
● Coordinate procurement of materials, parts and equipment.
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Strong technical understanding of Fire & Life Safety systems.
● Experience with Intruder, CCTV and Access Control.
● Proven background in delivering large-scale Fire projects.
● Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
● Strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
