Head of Executive Protection based Zurich, Switzerland. Package depends on experience.
We are recruiting an experienced Close Protection Professional with previous military service to support the delivery of integrated security solutions for the Board of Directors. You will be an EU or Swiss passport holder.
The role requires a broad security practitioner who can assess threats, identify vulnerabilities, recommend proportionate controls, set and implement strategy and engage specialist external providers. Travel will be approximately 30% of your time. You must have the flexibility to travel at short notice.
Languages required: English and German to a professional standard.
The Role
โข Conduct enterprise, site, threat, and vulnerability assessments.
โข Deliver security audits, due diligence and governance reviews.
โข Lead and deliver the executive protection programme, travel security, advance planning and event security.
โข Support protective intelligence, OSINT, background enquiries and investigations.
โข Support crisis management, emergency planning, evacuation and business continuity.
โข Develop and deliver security-awareness training, exercises and simulations.
The Person
โขStrong background in corporate security, security risk management, protective security or security consulting.
โขExperience conducting security risk, threat and vulnerability assessments.
โขPrevious Military service, preferably from a special forces environment.
โขStrong understanding of physical-security principles including access control, surveillance, perimeter protection, intrusion detection and security zoning.
โขPractical understanding of protective security, executive protection, and/or travel-risk management.
โขUnderstanding of crisis and emergency-management principles.
