Fire & Security Engineer – 4 Positions Available
Location: Norfolk & Suffolk
Salary:

Service Engineers: £39,520 basic
*
Installation Engineers: Up to £47,840 basic
Package details

Travel paid after the first 30 minutes
*
Company van with personal use
*
£300 standby payment per call-out week
*
10% commission on upselling
*
40-hour working week, typically 8:30am–5pm, with flexibility around working hours
*
22 days' annual leave plus bank holidays
*
Regular team socials, including drinks and curry nights

Our client is a well-established Fire & Security business based in Norwich, with over 30 years of industry experience. They hold both NSI Gold and BAFE SP203 accreditation, demonstrating their commitment to high standards across installation and ongoing maintenance services. They work across a range of sectors, including commercial premises, schools, residential properties and care homes. The business has a great team culture, with regular social events, drinks and curry nights, and a strong focus on building long-term customer relationships. We have previously placed an engineer with the business, giving us first-hand experience of working with their team..
The opportunities
We are recruiting for four engineers across Norfolk and Suffolk:
Our client is open to candidates with experience in either Fire Alarm systems OR Fire & Security, so you don't need to have a security background to be considered.

2 Service Engineers – Responsible for servicing, maintaining and fault-finding

2 Installation Engineers – Carrying out installation work
