Role: Associate Delivery Director
Location: Bristol
Salary: £65,000 to £70,000 per annum + Car + Bonus
Are you an experienced leader in fire safety or construction, looking to drive operational excellence across multiple high-impact projects? Technical Resources are recruiting for an Associate Delivery Director to join a specialist service business within the Fire Safety sector. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a pivotal leadership role within a growing organisation, where you’ll lead talented Project Managers and shape the success of major contracts.
Responsibilities:

Lead and inspire a team of Project Managers to deliver exceptional results across your division.

Manage invoiced value and ensure divisional financial performance meets targets.

Collaborate with Pre-Construction and QS teams to allocate and manage resources efficiently.

Oversee project delivery from planning through to completion, ensuring consistent quality and compliance.

Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement and transparent communication.

Identify and develop opportunities for project growth and additional work.

Promote and enforce best practices in health and safety across all sites.

Drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency to enhance profit margins.

Report on divisional progress to leadership, contributing to strategic business development.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience in a senior leadership or operational delivery role within fire safety, construction, or facilities management.

Demonstrated success managing large teams and delivering complex projects.

Strong stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills.
-
Proactive, solutions-focused approach with a passion for driving performance and growth.
-
FIRAS, BM Trada, or similar fire industry accreditations.
