Enterprise Security Engineer – Service & Maintenance
Location: Dublin / LeinsterSalary: €50,000 – €60,000 basic (DOE)Employment Type: Permanent, Full-TimeCoverage: Leinster primarily, with planned travel to Munster & occasional WestOffice Base: Dublin
The Opportunity
A trusted client partner is seeking a permanent Enterprise-Level Service & Maintenance Security Engineer to support its growing client base across Ireland.
This role suits an experienced engineer who enjoys fault-finding, system reliability, and client interaction within high-end, integrated security environments.
The business is consolidating all Irish operations into Dublin and moving to a new, larger premises, offering long-term stability and progression.
The Role
Enterprise Security Engineer – Service & Maintenance
A senior, client-facing role aligned to experience and technical strength.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned and reactive maintenance on enterprise security systems
- Advanced fault-finding across integrated platforms
- Supporting system performance, upgrades, and reliability
- Diagnosing issues across access control, CCTV, and integrations
- Acting as a trusted technical presence for clients
- Working to quality, safety, and compliance standards
Planned travel with overnight stays where required (not weeks at a time).
Systems & Technical Requirements
Strong experience with:
- Genetec
- Lenel
- C•CURE
Plus:
- Paxton & ACT
- Integrated security environments (access control, CCTV, system integration)
Certification is not essential — proven service capability and system knowledge matter more.
Technical screening may be introduced to validate practical experience.
What We’re Looking For
- 4–5+ years’ experience in security service & maintenance
- Strong fault-finding and diagnostic capability
- Comfortable working independently on enterprise systems
- Full clean driving licence
- Professional, reliable, and client-facing
Location & Travel
- Office based in Dublin
- Majority of work across Leinster
- Some projects in Munster
- Occasional travel to the West of Ireland
- Overnight stays are planned and reasonable
