Job Title: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Rate: £250 p/day
Are you a Fire Alarm Service Engineer looking for a contract in Birmingham? We’re recruiting for an experienced engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPMs) and reactive breakdowns on addressable and conventional fire alarm systems. You’ll be working on open protocol systems, completing multiple jobs per day in a fast-paced environment.
Description of contract/programme of works:
● Carry out PPMs on addressable and conventional fire alarm systems
● Attend and resolve breakdowns and fault-finding issues
● Work across open protocol fire alarm panels
● Complete approximately 6–9 jobs per day
Experience required:
● Minimum of 5 years’ experience in fire alarm servicing and maintenance
● Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience on addressable and conventional systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
● Valid DBS
● Asbestos Awareness certification
