Job Title: Fire and Security Small Works Engineer
Location: South East London
Rate: £40,000 to £43,000 + 20 days Holiday + Company Car

Technical Resources is seeking an individual who can not only meet but exceed project delivery expectations, ensuring work is completed on time, within budget, and to the client’s utmost satisfaction. Responsibilities:
- Oversee and ensure the timely, budget-conscious completion of small works projects, maintaining the highest levels of client satisfaction.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company reputation through exemplary behaviour and presentation.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, addressing client needs and concerns with speed and efficiency.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Essential experience in installing and commissioning various Life Safety systems, including: Fire alarms, Disabled alarms and refuge systems and Emergency Lighting.
- Desirable but not essential: experience with CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarms.
- Demonstrated ability to work safely and responsibly, preventing injury and minimising damage or loss.
- Proven track record of effective teamwork, excellent time management, and the ability to prioritise tasks independently.
- Experience in a customer-facing role, with a clear understanding of the importance of accurate and comprehensive documentation.
- Willingness to conduct surveys on customer premises as needed.
- A clean driving licence is a must.
- High motivation levels and the physical ability to lift and safely climb ladders.
