Role: Fire and Security Supervisor
Location: Bristol
Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum
Are you looking for a Fire and Security Supervisor position? As a Fire and Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising installation and maintenance works across multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to specification. You will be supporting the Project Manager in the coordination of engineers, subcontractors, and client representatives for a leading Fire and Security systems integrator.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise Fire and Security system installations and commissioning works.
- Coordinate site activities and engineering resources to maintain programme targets.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.
- Liaise with clients, site managers, and subcontractors to resolve on-site issues.
- Assist in documentation, reporting, and project delivery support.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven background in Fire and Security system installations or maintenance.
- Previous experience in a supervisory or lead engineer role.
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to lead teams and ensure quality workmanship across multiple projects.
