Role: Fire & Security Regional Engineering Manager
Location: Belfast
Salary: £45,000 per annum + Car
Are you a Fire & Security professional based in Belfast? We’re recruiting for a Fire & Security Regional Engineering Manager to lead a growing team of engineers across the region. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a hands-on background in fire and security systems who’s ready to take ownership of performance, customer satisfaction, and team development.
Responsibilities:
● Lead and support a team of 13 engineers across the region
● Drive performance targets, including 95% response rates and 100% completion of planned work
● Improve first-fix performance and deliver excellent service levels
● Oversee small works and regional project delivery
● Grow regional service income through strong client relationships
● Deliver top-level account management and attend key client meetings
● Support engineers in achieving KPIs and ongoing development
Experience and Certifications Required:
● Experience managing a service engineering team within Fire & Security
● Strong technical knowledge across fire alarms, access control, intruder alarms, and CCTV systems
● Hands-on background in installation or servicing
● Track record of leading high-performing teams
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Financial awareness and experience managing budgets or performance targets
● Flexible, proactive attitude with a willingness to travel as required
● Relevant Fire & Security industry qualifications (beneficial)
