Role: Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: North Birmingham/Leicester/Stafford
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer looking to join a long-established and growing company? Technical Resources are working with a leading electronic security provider with over 40 years of industry experience. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking a skilled engineer to carry out service and maintenance on a range of Fire and Security systems across the North Birmingham/Leicester/Stafford regions.
Responsibilities:
- Service and maintain Fire Alarm, CCTV, Intruder, and Access Control systems.
- Fault-finding and remedial works across a variety of systems and manufacturers.
- Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally on-site.
- Complete all necessary paperwork and digital reports using PDA systems.
- Participate in the on-call rota and occasional installation support.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience servicing and maintaining:
– Security/Intruder Alarms (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, etc.)
– CCTV Systems (Analogue and IP)
– Fire Alarms (Advanced, Kentec, Ziton, Menvier, C-Tec, etc.)
– Access Control (Paxton).
- Experience in fault-finding and small installations is advantageous.
