Role:Fire & Security Service Engineer
Location: Wales
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Service Engineer based in the South East? Looking to work with a fast-growing, well-established fire and security business supporting a diverse client base? As a Fire & Security Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for maintaining and servicing systems to high standards, ensuring client satisfaction, and working across a range of commercial sites.

Responsibilities:

● Service and maintain fire alarm, intruder, CCTV, and access control systems within your allocated region
● Respond to both routine and reactive service calls, providing professional support
● Fault-find and carry out repairs in line with manufacturer guidance and compliance regulations
● Maintain communication with clients regarding appointments and system status
● Manage van stock with support from stores/logistics teams
● Attend scheduled engineering meetings and training sessions
● Take ownership of your own upskilling and professional development

Experience and Certifications Required:

● A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
● Experience servicing fire alarm systems such as Gent, Notifier, Kentec, Morley, Ziton, C-Tec, and Protec
● Knowledge of intruder alarm systems (Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Risco, etc.)
● CCTV experience (Hikvision, Dahua, Bosch, and analogue systems)
● Familiarity with access control (Paxton, PAC, Salto)
● Technical background in electrical/electronic engineering
● Full UK driving licence (essential)
