Fire & Security General Manager | £65,000–£75,000 + bonus + Company Car | Reading (Office-based 4 days per week)
As General Manager, you will take ownership of the operational and financial performance of the division. You will lead from the front — developing strategy, improving processes, supporting sales growth, and ensuring high service delivery standards.
You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future direction of the business and capitalise on market opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Full P&L ownership and financial performance management
- Driving revenue growth and improving margins
- Leading and developing operational and sales teams
- Identifying new business opportunities and supporting sales strategy
- Ensuring high standards across fire and security service delivery
- Building strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
About You
- Proven experience with P&L responsibility
- Strong background within the fire and security sector
- Fire-biased experience preferred, with exposure to security systems
- Commercially aware, with a track record of driving business growth
- Sales experience is highly beneficial
- Confident leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
