Head of Safety & Security – Strategic Leadership Role
– London / South East (Hybrid)- Six-figure package + bonus + car allowance- Immediate start
We are supporting a leading UK technology and infrastructure business in the search for a Head of Safety & Security to drive the next phase of growth across a high-performing, multi-sector portfolio.
This is a strategic leadership role, operating at executive level, with full responsibility for shaping and delivering a market-leading safety & security proposition across enterprise, public sector and critical environments.
The Opportunity:
- This role will suit a commercially driven and technically credible leader looking to take ownership of a national portfolio, influencing business direction, market positioning and long-term growth strategy.
- You will play a key role in defining go-to-market strategy, building high-value partnerships, and driving profitable growth, working closely with executive leadership and sector leads.
Key Responsibilities:

Define and execute the Safety & Security portfolio strategy, driving revenue growth and EBITDA performance

Act as the technical and commercial authority across enterprise security solutions (Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, Lenel etc.)

Lead strategic bids, solution design and customer engagement across complex, high-value programmes

Build and develop technology partner relationships and vendor strategy

Lead and mentor a high-calibre technical consultancy team, enhancing capability across the business
What We’re Looking For:

Proven experience operating at senior leadership / Head of level within the security or technology integration space

Strong background in enterprise security systems and integrated solutions

Demonstrable success in driving commercial growth, winning bids and developing propositions

Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with experience working at C-suite level

Broad technical understanding across security, networking, software and cloud technologies
